Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at W Store. We want you to know exactly what to expect before you order.

Delivery times

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery time: 13-14 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Please plan ahead for birthdays and holidays. Because of these delivery times, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before the date you need your item.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Any shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show movement.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays can happen, especially during the holiday season. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can only change the address before your order ships.
